The second London studio (after Hackney Wick) for a brand founded in Marbella in 2024, using genuine infrared technology — heating the body from within rather than just the surrounding air — across named classes including Hot Pilates, Hot Sculpt, Hot Flow and Hot Recover. Rooms are kept between 35-38°C for a low-impact, detoxifying workout said to boost circulation and aid recovery, delivered in a stripped-back, art-clad industrial space designed by co-founder and former interior designer Oliver Gardner.
