Malta's first dedicated luxury Wellness Hotel, an adults-only sanctuary of 43 rooms in Rabat's countryside. The 1,500 sqm named VSPA is built around a one-of-a-kind cave-design indoor heated pool, hammam, infrared cabin, salt cave and hot/cold baths, while the Movement Lab studio offers Reformer and Mat Pilates, yoga and functional strength classes. Wellness retreats include named holistic sessions such as Breathing with Cold Plunge, Sound Therapy, Dry Cupping and EFT Tapping, alongside personalised consultations in a dedicated room called The Compass.
