Overnight stay

India's first NABH-accredited holistic health centre, a 30-acre estate of orchards and herb gardens outside Bengaluru founded by homeopathic physician Dr Isaac Mathai. Every guest is evaluated by a multidisciplinary team of doctors integrating Ayurveda, homeopathy, naturopathy and yoga into a personalised treatment plan addressing conditions from arthritis and diabetes to depression and thyroid imbalance; over 70% of food served comes from the centre's own organic farm, and staff outnumber guests roughly 2:1.
