A Clodagh Design-conceived, 24,000 sq ft spa with 10 treatment rooms overlooking the River Douro, its Vitality Suite combining regular, infrared and herbal saunas with a steam room and laconium alongside a cryotherapy facility and an indoor pool with underwater sound and colour therapy. Named programmes include Mind Your Brain, Wellness Screening and Sleep Upgrade, delivered alongside acupuncture, tuina, moxibustion and Qi gong, with locally inspired treatments incorporating Douro grapes and citrus grown in the estate's own organic gardens.
