Sant Roch

The first venue in France dedicated to contrast therapy, and home to the country's largest sauna at 645 square feet; the two-level sanctuary opposite the Tuileries Garden was founded by Jules and Chloé Bouscatel (also behind Monday Sports Club), inspired by the ancient Roman baths of Lutetia. The ritual moves guests through high-temperature saunas, ice-cold immersion baths and a dedicated rest area, set within a monastic, low-lit interior of warm sauna wood, terracotta tiles and lime-plastered walls.
