The named Contrast Immersion Class opens with 10 minutes of mindful breathwork before multiple rounds of ice bath immersion and sauna sessions, central to co-founder Alex Rebeiz's own recovery journey. Facilities include Powercab Cryotherapy chambers (down to -110°C), a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, eight ice baths, traditional Finnish and infrared saunas, alongside sports massage, lymphatic drainage and oxygen-ozone therapies delivered by osteopaths and fascia therapists, plus named signature classes including the Morning Fix and Urban Oasis.
