Re-Set Club
9th arrondissement, Paris, France
A 50 sqm traditional Finnish wooden sauna (85-100°C) pairs with seven two-person cold baths (5-8°C) across named signature session formats — Re-Boost, Re-Lax and Free-Flow — available guided or self-guided. Guided sessions structure the sauna-to-cold-plunge alternation with recovery and breathing phases, delivered within modern changing rooms stocked with Dr. Hauschka face and deodorant products, alongside a lounge with a self-service hydration station.
