Next Health (West Hollywood)

Founded in 2016 by Dr Darshan Shah and Kevin Peake, and the first Next Health location — the site where the company's model of personalised testing, cryotherapy and IV therapy was originally established before expanding across the US and into Dubai.

It occupies a retail suite in The Sunset on Sunset Boulevard, sharing the building with Equinox and Sweetgreen, and the format follows from the address: IV drips are given in massage chairs and nothing requires an overnight stay.

The service range is wider than the walk-in framing suggests. Alongside quick-session treatments — vitamin shots, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen — the location offers blood testing, hormone therapy, EBOO and therapeutic plasma exchange, with functional medicine consultations running up to an hour to review labs, diet, sleep and stress.

Access is membership-led, from around $99 to $399 a month, with testing and treatments charged on top; an executive physical runs to $14,500. The monthly fee is the entry point, not the cost.

Where the model earns its place is continuity. Longevity protocols reward repetition, and a member visiting fortnightly accumulates more usable data than a guest completing a single intensive week elsewhere. Judged on that basis rather than against residential clinics, it does what it sets out to do.
