Mii amo

Mii amo is a destination spa in Boynton Canyon, Sedona. Stays are sold as Journeys of two to ten nights, each shaped with the guest by the spa's team and including accommodation, spa services, three meals a day, a daily spa or activity credit, fitness classes, lectures and consultations.

Guests stay in one of 23 casitas and suites arranged around a shaded courtyard, each with a fireplace, private outdoor space and heated bathroom floors. The spa has a pool, steam room and sauna, a plunge pool, a crystal grotto, a relaxation lounge and a movement studio. Meals are served at Hummingbird, which cooks with produce from its own Chef's Garden and nearby farms, with a juice bar alongside.

The property holds Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star status and Relais & Châteaux membership.

Mii amo suits guests who want a planned stay, with days arranged around treatments, movement and meals, rather than a hotel with a spa attached. It is not for anyone under 16, who are not admitted, and shorter Journeys run only on set arrival days.
