Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel

Longevity Health & Wellness Hotel is an adults-only five-star hotel of 70 rooms in the village of Alvor, on the Algarve coast, run in partnership with HPA Private Health Group. Its clinic team, named on the hotel's own site, includes a clinical director (Joana Santos, MD), a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner and physiotherapist, an osteopath, a nutritionist, a hydrotherapist and a nursing team.

Programmes run from two-night Relax & Spa breaks to longer medical tracks: Total Detox (7 nights), Ultimate Detox, Weight Loss & Reshape (14), Metabolic Optimization (14), Sleep Optimization and Cardio Health Optimization (7 each), Diabetes Optimization and New Life (21 each) and Obesity Optimization (28). There are also yoga, surf, fitness and stress-relief programmes, and a five-night Osteoalign & Rebalance. Rooms can also be booked without a programme.

The spa has two heated indoor pools, the Detox Pool and the Relaxation Sensation Pool, and an unheated pool sits on the roof. Every room includes the Detox & Relax wet-area circuit and the 24-hour Technogym gym. Pure Café serves a Mediterranean menu with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and low-glycaemic options, and the hotel's wellness stay offer includes free daily group activities.

Guests must be 16 or over, and the minimum check-in age is 18. The hotel suits guests who want a doctor-supported detox, weight-loss or metabolic programme by the sea.
