Lanserhof Lans

The founding property of the Lanserhof group, in the Tyrolean village of Lans above Innsbruck, and the origin of the LANS Med Concept the group's other clinics inherited. Modern Mayr medicine, applied here for decades before the brand expanded.

It holds a perfect twenty-out-of-twenty in the 2026 RELAX Guide — the anonymous, self-funded German-language assessment that remains the most demanding in the region, and unusually willing to downgrade well-known names. Only two other Austrian properties share that rating.

Lans is the least expensive of the three Lanserhof clinics and the most narrowly focused. Hormone Balance and Mental Health programmes are available here alongside the core cure.

The trade-off is scope. Tegernsee is substantially larger, with more programme categories and greater diagnostic depth, so guests wanting broad medical investigation rather than a concentrated cure will find Lans limited by comparison.

Seven nights is the minimum the clinic considers meaningful, and fourteen is what it recommends for measurable results. Anyone considering a shorter stay has misread the proposition.
