A heritage mineral-springs bathhouse in Victoria's spa country, drawing water directly from springs first accessed in 1895. The Sanctuary bathing area holds communal mineral pools, underwater spa couches at 36°C, a mosaic hammam and a contrast therapy circuit of heat, cold and mineral immersion, alongside private mineral baths and a treatment menu. The bathhouse operates its own accommodation across two sets of villas, Hepburn Spa Retreat and Hepburn Springs Escape, and sells stay-and-bathe packages combining nights, unlimited bathing and treatments.
