A 179-room oceanfront hotel on an eight-block stretch of Mid-Beach curated by Alan Faena, Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin, with an art collection including works by Damien Hirst and Jeff Koons. The third floor holds Tierra Santa Healing House, a 22,000 sq ft wellness sanctuary combining South American healing rituals with a wet circuit that includes one of the East Coast's largest hammams, a eucalyptus steam room, an African Obeche sauna and a marble Ice Parlor.
