Concept Club
Mitte, Berlin, Germany
Concept Club is a members' fitness and health club in the historic Telegraphenamt building in Berlin-Mitte, which also houses Hotel Telegraphenamt. Its interiors are by the interior design studio Dreimeta. The club covers 1,200 m², with Technogym equipment, Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a members' café and towel service, and it opens daily from 7am to 10pm.
Classes run from yoga to HIIT and are included in every membership, alongside personal training and small-group training for up to three people. Diagnostics are run with partners including uVida and Probatix: metabolic analysis, spiroergometry, bioimpedance, blood analysis and a stress ECG with a cardiologist. Each test can also be booked individually, and longer check-up packages are offered on request.
There are three monthly memberships. Basic covers the gym, wellness area, café and classes. Performance adds metabolic analysis, exercise testing, posture and movement analysis and personal training three times a year. Premium, the Longevity Medical package, adds an annual medical check-up, psychological and nutritional consultations, blood analysis, and sleep-hygiene and stress testing. Access is by monthly membership.
It suits people who live or work in central Berlin and want training, heat rooms and regular health testing under one membership.
