Clinique Nescens

Genolier, Vaud, Switzerland

Overnight stayMedical oversight

Sited at Genolier between Geneva and Lausanne, with views across Lake Geneva to Mont Blanc, and founded by Professor Jacques Proust — a specialist in the biology of ageing who established one of the first European centres dedicated to age prevention.

What distinguishes it from most longevity clinics is what it sits next to. Nescens grew out of the prevention centre at Clinique de Genolier, a full private hospital with operating theatres, imaging and some two hundred specialist physicians across most disciplines. Guests are not in a spa that employs doctors; they are on a medical campus with a wellness clinic on it.

The residential side is small — twenty-nine junior suites across three floors, plus a four-bedroom suite — which keeps it closer to a private clinic than a resort.

Programmes run from half-day diagnostics to seven-day stays, with La Cure Reset the flagship: a full assessment followed by a plan covering sleep, nutrition, fitness and stress, supported by regenerative therapies and advanced diagnostics.

One thing to be clear about. Aesthetic and regenerative medicine is a substantial part of the offer here, not an afterthought — injectables, stem cell work and cosmetic procedures sit alongside the preventive programmes. For some guests that integration is precisely the appeal; those wanting longevity medicine entirely separate from cosmetic work should know the two share a roof.
