A beachfront resort on Phuket's northwest coast, and home to Layan Life, a purpose-built 1,767 sqm wellness and Longevity Centre opened in 2024. Programmes begin with a consultation and diagnostic work-up including epigenetic testing and 3D body scans, then follow the Life Method's four pillars — longevity medicine, Traditional Thai Medicine, complementary medicine and lifestyle medicine — grounded in the four elements of Thai traditional medicine. The biophilic building runs over two floors: a 220 sqm gym, yoga and Pilates studios, meditation rooms and a hydrotherapy area with vitality pools, sauna and steam room below; consultation, physiotherapy and Thai medicine rooms above, alongside an ice pod, hyperbaric chamber, IV and hydro-colonic therapies and a Thai herbal dispensary. Retreats run from two to ten nights, with day and half-day packages sold separately; programme rates exclude accommodation and meals.
